kingjl reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where kingjl reasonably suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.
All financial transactions on the kingjl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). kingjl does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied to your account balance.
Accepted deposit methods include: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as Philippine-issued debit cards. kingjl does not accept credit card deposits for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are not accepted.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time. kingjl aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform, subject to identity verification requirements and payment processor processing times.

Failure to provide requested documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing.
Funds deposited into your kingjl account are held for gaming purposes only. kingjl does not pay interest on account balances. Dormant accounts (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee as published on the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, kingjl's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kingjl account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
kingjl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if kingjl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You may close your kingjl account at any time by contacting kingjl support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
kingjl may suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if kingjl is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction, or if kingjl determines in its sole discretion that continued operation of your account poses a risk to kingjl, other players, or the integrity of the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the kingjl Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact kingjl support in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. kingjl will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days.
kingjl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, kingjl will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
